Our process.
We operate in Australia, London and the USA which enables us both unrivaled access and pricing power for our clients.
Step 1
Request
A customer specifies the make, model, and details of the desired watch. Our WatchSwap team then offers a price range and delivery timeline for the product.
step 2
Agreement
Once the customer agrees to the price and delivery terms, they sign an agreement and pay a $1,000 deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the final transaction or refunded if WatchSwap cannot deliver as agreed.
STEP 3
Delivery
WatchSwap sources the watch through its global network then conducts thorough quality control due diligence and verification, including checks on the serial number and accompanying papers of the product.Subsequently, a final payment request is sent, and the watch is dispatched to the customer via a specially selected courier service.
